The City of Hot Springs Utilities Department is pleased to bring back free compost loading in the month of September at the Compost Facility, 318 Davidson Drive.
This event was hosted last year with great success. “It allows us to move out old material to make space for more, and brings in new customers who haven’t tried out compost before,” said Monty Ledbetter, director of the Utilities Department.
The compost is always free; however, there will be no loading fee during regular load times from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for the month of September as a part of this promotional event.
