Planning Commission public hearing notice
HOT SPRINGS – The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 6 p.m. on Thursday, December 13 in the Board Chambers at City Hall, 133 Convention Boulevard, to consider the following land use requests:
Fontana Ridge Subdivision – Odd side of the 200 & 300 Blocks of Fontana Road – Preliminary subdivision review for a proposed seven (7) lot single family residential subdivision;
Waymaker Way Planned Development & Preliminary Subdivision Review – Approximately 1200 Lakeshore Drive – Planned Development zoning and preliminary subdivision review request for a new 22-lot garden home development with new street; and
