Adult Residential Services

Residential treatment stays depend on the needs of the client with an average day including six hours of structured group and individual counseling sessions, utilizing evidence based curriculum and practices. These sessions also stress the disease process of addiction, as well as positive, productive solutions for life’s problems.

Clients participate in supervised recreational therapy, physical fitness, and attend lectures on various pertinent and relevant topics from a variety of guest speakers.

Medical Assisted Treatment Outpatient Clinic

This program is designed to assist with opiate addiction in the least restrictive modality of care. Clients in this program attend one monthly appointment where they are seen by a physician, certified counselor and nurse. During the visit, they are screened for drug use through urinalysis and blood draws. This program is often the entry point for many clients that have more extensive substance use issues but are not yet able to self-identify as in need of more acute care.

Medical and Observational Detoxification

Medical detoxification is medically assisted with physician approved and monitored

medications and assessments. Any client that reports usage of alcohol, benzodiazepines, and/or

opiates is placed in our medical detoxification program. These substances can have

uncomfortable and medically significant withdrawal symptoms that must be monitored closely.

This program typically lasts 3-5 days because of the medication and monitoring protocols

ordered by the medical director, but may be extended due to medical necessity. Observational

detoxification is less restrictive on the client and typically does not involve medications or

such close and regular monitoring as medical detoxification.
